Spēs | Vino naturale e cucina POP is a natural wine bar & Italian restaurant serving more than 100 natural wines, all by the glass in East Village. Our wine offering has a huge selection of skin-contact (or orange) wines. We offer the best of our Italian grapes biodiversity, from the North – with mountainous terrain – to the South – with volcanic soil – that makes Italy  the most diverse Country in the world of wine. 

Our cuisine is Italian, inspired by authentic and traditional recipes made with the most genuine ingredients from small producers who cultivate their produce in a sustainable way.  POP,  is the inspiration from East Village neighborhood that stands for POPolare in Italian,  and in our dishes is our true commitment to food made for people who enjoy real flavors.

 Spēs means HOPE in Latin, no better name could have picked as the idea of our new little gem in East Village started during tough COVID-19 times. We all needed hope, right?
